ASSYST has supported and modernized, integrated, and user-friendly Personal Property Tax System (PPTS) that streamlines financial processing, automates manual tasks, and enhances transparency. By upgrading legacy code, integrating third-party tools like, and improving the online user interface, ASSYST has enabled faster, more efficient operations for property tax management.
ASSYST’s long-term partnership focuses on modernizing and maintaining the systems NW relies on to monitor the health of its nationwide network. By replacing a fragile, outdated platform, ASSYST delivered a stable solution that gives NW reliable oversight of its affiliated organizations. The portal’s automated workflows and improved transparency enable NW to make faster, data-driven decisions, ensuring resources are effectively directed toward high-impact affordable housing and community development initiatives across the country.
ASSYST has played a key role in WSSC's Workforce Enablement and Digital Transformation, modernized ERP application, enhanced reporting capabilities, developed solutions for data migration and synchronization, and integrated new applications, resulting inefficient digital operations for WSSC.
ASSYST has a long and trusted history supporting the State of Maryland across its most mission-critical programs, partnering with agencies such as DBM, DoIT, MSDE, MDOT, MdTA, SHA, MSRA, MVA, DHR, MSBE, and the Judiciary’s Maryland Electronic Courts (MDEC).
Our teams have delivered enterprise-scale modernization, PMO governance, IV&V oversight, Agile SAFe transformation, website and digital service development, mainframe modernization, ERP assessments, system architecture design, and secure application development across diverse domains including transportation, human services, education, elections, and justice systems. We supported the replacement of the State Personnel Management System, led architecture and requirement analysis for ERP HR, financial, and grants systems, modernized platforms like ACT SAFE eCitation, eBAR, FCCIP, and MSRA’s DROP program, and enabled multilingual voter engagement for MSBE.

ASSYST provides expert resources to multiple offices within Baltimore County including Baltimore County’s Office of Information Technology (OIT). We provide staffing for Workday Development to assist with the implementation and ongoing support of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial System. ASSYST leads the requirement analysis, design, implementation of the workday functionality. We support internal and external integrations with Workday, including design, testing and troubleshooting. This effort requires a good collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to optimize business processes.
