ASSYST received an award from the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT), awarded a widely accessible contract vehicle for procuring information technology (IT) consulting and technical services (CATS) throughout the State of Maryland. The Master Contract allows State agencies to obtain IT resources quickly and efficiently by issuing Task Order Requests for Proposals (RFP) or Requests for Resumes (RFR) specific to their needs. The 15 year CATS+ vehicle is an Indefinite Quantity Contract as defined in COMAR 21.06.03.06 and covers 17 different functional areas that can be ordered through the competitive bidding process on a Time and Materials (T&M) or Fixed Price (FP) basis.
