The scope of this BPA is to generally cover any HRSA IT systems or sub-systems that may require ITV&V services. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) whose mission is to improve health and achieve health equity through access to quality services, a skilled health workforce, and innovative programs. HRSA operates more than 100 plus programs and awards more than $12 billion dollars in Federal grants on an annual basis to approximately 6,000 partner organizations. The purpose of this contract is to establish a BPA to procure ITV&V Services for various HRSA’s IT Systems (e.g., EHBs, PRF, NPDB, BMISS, etc.).
