Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) Verification and Validation (V&V) Services BPA
The EHBs System is HRSA's mission critical investment supporting grants and program management operations. The purpose of this contract is to establish a BPA to procure V&V and quality assurance services for all EHBs systems and sub-systems to ensure seamless administration of more than 80 programs and nearly $10 billion dollars in annual Federal grants to approximately 3,000 partner organizations.
