City of Alexandria Information Technology (IT) Professional Services Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)

The City of Alexandria created the IT Professional Services MAS contract to allow streamlined procurement of technical support for the City’s Information Technology Services (“ITS”) Department. Through this five-year contract, support can be procured on a Time and Materials (T&M) or Fixed Price (FP) basis. ASSYST has been approved to provide support in the following areas:

• Consulting services for applications need determination and design
• Applications programming services
• Technical writing
• IT project management services
• Business process review analysis
• Technical support - help desk/ IT customer service
• Technical support - telecommunications/VOIP
• Information systems security analysis
• Geographic information systems services
