The objective of this contract is to provide the program management, project control and contract administration necessary to manage a high volume, multiple contract type task order process for a large, diversified team so that the cost, schedule and quality requirements of each order are tracked, communicated to the government, and ultimately provided. Assyst uses commercially available tools and the application of expertise on processes and metrics to support task order management of CIO-SP2i.

Computer Programming Services, City of Alexandria

Assyst provides Information Technology services to support the City's Applications Programming initiatives in multiple critical areas of business. Some of the functional areas supported by Assyst include  Financials, Budgeting, Electronic Mail, Payroll, Criminal Justice, Fire, Police, Recreation, Housing, Personnel, Taxes, Code Enforcement, Zoning, GIS, Social Services, Mental Health, Employment Services, Justice, Public Safety, and Library Services.  The technology areas supported by Assyst include Web, client/server, database, web application server, security infrastructure, mainframe systems, business intelligence and decision support, and enterprise systems integration.

Consulting and Technical Services II (CATS II) Contract, State of Maryland Department of Budget and Management (DBM)

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has established this Master Contract vehicle with Assyst to procure IT consulting and technical services for the State of Maryland. The objective of this CATS is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS, the State has a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively from Assyst by issuing Task Orders (TO) specific to its needs.

Assyst provides services to maintain develop and implement modern technology solutions utilizing database systems.  Assyst provides support in technology areas that include Web development, MS Access, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, Oracle, Cold Fusion, Paradox, Visio, PhotoShop, DreamWeaver, Flash, OnDemand, TrainingServer and PeopleSoft Learning Management. Assyst provides services that include implementing AICC and SCORM compliancy rules. Assyst provides services that include providing program management, project management and subject matter expertise.

Assyst supports the Department of Technology Services (DTS) by providing information technology and communication services.  As a Technology Service Provider, Assyst is a source for expert technical consultancy for the acquisition and management of information and communication services.   Assyst services include technology policy management, information security, and strategic planning.  Assyst provides Program Management, which includes project management, planning and contract management.  Assyst provides data management, which includes database and data administration.
